The event was divided into three distinct spaces, each offering a unique experience to the attendees. The first space served as a meeting area and a dramaturgical introduction. Here, the most important milestones of ME Elecmetal were presented on a large-scale timeline, providing context and recognition of the company's trajectory.

The second room extended the timeline experience with a mesmerizing 360 projection. This immersive display showcased the key facts, innovations, and new technologies that have shaped ME Elecmetal's journey. The projection was synchronized with a 5.1 audio system, creating a multi-sensory experience that captivated the audience.

The third space, initially concealed, symbolized the future challenges that ME Elecmetal will face. As the space was unveiled, classical and electronic music filled the room, creating a dramatic and captivating atmosphere. The realization of the event involved the use of various technologies and techniques. The welcoming space utilized historic features, with printed graphics and lighting setting the stage. In the cocktail area, a 360 projection and blue lighting created the effect of an imaginary space, immersing the attendees in the world of ME Elecmetal.
